Phil and Richard established the Proseed Group in 2016. Phil and Richard were recruited, in 2010 and 2012 respectively by CSJ, the asset manager to a £1bn residential property fund specifically to restructure the assets, funds and investors, which culminated in Phil and Richard acquiring the company.

They formed the Proseed Group to capitalise on the skills and expertise within Team, focussing on creating value through planning, development and funding opportunities located in London and the South of England. Since 2016 the shareholders have raised significant investment into Proseed alongside their own capital. This capital is invested in residential development loans and opportunities sourced and managed by the Proseed team.
